脑出血术后医院内肺部感染调查分析

目的：调查分析脑出血术后患并发医院内肺部感染的发病率及相关因素。探讨有效的预防对策。方法：采用回顾性调查的方法.对1993年1月～2000年12月住院的560例脑出血行颅脑手术患进行肺部感染发生率及各相关因素的调查。结果：560例脑出血术后患肺部感染率为18.2％。感染组病死率为39.2％，非感染组病死率为13.5％。医院内肺部感染危险因素主要是老年人免疫力低下、吸烟史、住院时间长、全麻插管、气管切开、呼吸机的使用。结论：脑出血术后患肺部感染发病率、病死率较高。应明确预防感染的重要性，针对主要危险因素进行综合管理.重点监控.同时提高医护质量，能降低肺部感染的发病率和病死率。

An analysis on investigation of postoperative hospital pulmonary infection among cerebral hemorrhage patients

Objective:To investigate and analyze the morbidity and related factors of postoperative hospital pulmonary infection among cerebral hemorrhage patients and explore effective prevention measures. Method:The method of retrospective study was used to carry out investigation on the morbidity and related factors of postoperative hospital pulmonary infection among 560 cases of cerebral hemorrhage from January 1993 to 2000.Result: The infection rate was 18.2%.The mortality was 39.2% in the infection group and 13.5% in the noninfection group.Senile hypoimmunity,smoking history,longer hospitalization,intubation with general anesthesia,tracheotomy and respirator application were among the major risk factors for hospital pulmonary infection. Conclusion: Since the morbidity and mortality of hospital pulmonary infection are high,is important to define the importance infection prevention,implement comprehensive management and intensive care for major risk factors ,at the same time raise medical and nursing quality to reduce the morbidity and mortality.
