血清和胎盘白介素18与子痫前期关系的研究

目的:通过观察子痫前期患者血清和胎盘白介素(IL)-18水平,并与正常妊娠比较,探讨IL-18与子痫前期发病的关系.方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法测定27例子痫前期患者(子痫前期组)和28例正常孕妇(对照组)血清和胎盘组织提取液IL-18的水平,比较2组间血清和胎盘IL-18浓度的差异,观察子痫前期患者IL-18水平的变化.结果:①子痫前期组血清IL-18水平中位数为704ng/L,高于对照组470ng/L,差异有显著性(P<0.05).②子痫前期组胎盘IL-18水平中位数为105 ng/L,高于对照组31.5 ng/L,差异有显著性(P<0.005).结论:子痫前期患者血清和胎盘IL-18水平较正常妊娠组显著增高,提示血清和胎盘IL-18增高是子痫前期重要的病理生理变化, IL-18可能在子痫前期的发病中起一定作用.

Relationship between serum and placental interleukin-18 levels and preeclampsia

Objective: To investigate the relationship of interleukin(IL)-18 concentrations in serum and placenta and preeclampsia.Methods: Twenty-seven patients with preeclampsia and 28 women with normal pregnancy were recruited.Blood and placenta samples were taken and serum and placental IL-18 concentrations were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The levels of IL-18 in serum and placenta were compared.Results:(1) The median of serum IL-18 in patients with preeclampsia was 704 ng/L,which was significantly higher than that of control group(470 ng/L,P<0.05).(2) The median of placental IL-18 in patients with preeclampsia was 105 ng/L,which was also significantly higher than that of control group(31.5 ng/L,P<0.005).Conclusion: Increased serum and placental levels of IL-18 were presented in preeclampsia as compared to normal pregnancy,which might offer insight into the pathogenesis of the disease.
