过敏性紫癜患儿饮食控制及效果观察

目的了解饮食护理对过敏性紫癜患儿疾病恢复和复发的影响。方法将 78例患儿随机分为两组 ,均予抗过敏治疗 ,观察组 (4 0例 )进行系统饮食控制 ;对照组 (38例 )禁食鱼、虾、蟹 ,其它按常规进食。结果患儿紫癜及腹痛消失时间、住院时间 ,观察组明显短于对照组 (均P <0 .0 1) ;复发率观察组明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论加强对过敏性紫癜患儿合理的饮食控制 ,能促进疾病的康复 ,缩短住院时间 ,减少复发率。

Diet Nursing Care of the Children with Anaphylactoid Purpura

Objective To study the effect of diet nursing care on recovery and relapse of anaphylactoid purpura in children. Methods Seventy-eight children with anaphylactoid purpura were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group. Both groups were given anti-allergic drugs and the routine diet, but in the observation group (n=40), diet nursing care intervention was given and in the control group (n=38), the children were only banned to eat fish, shrimp and crab. Results The time needed for recovering from purpura and stomachache in observation group was significantly shorter than in control group (P<0.01). The relapse rate in observation group was significantly lower than in control group (P<0.01). The duration of hospital stay in observation group was shorter than in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Proper diet nursing care and health guidance to children with anaphylactoid purpura can promote disease recovery, shorten hospital stay and reduce relapse rate.
