| 摘 要： | 探讨富于细胞的大Ｂ细胞淋巴瘤的病理形态，预后和免疫组化的诊断意义，方法对３例富于Ｔ细胞的大Ｂ细胞淋巴瘤进行临床，组织病理和免疫组化分析，并复习文献。结果３例２例女性，１例男性，平均年龄５２．７岗。３例之肿瘤性大细胞Ｌ２６阳性，背景小细胞ＵＣＨＬ－１阳性。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the histopathologic features, prognosis and diagnostic significance of immunohistochemistry in T cell rich B cell lymphoma (TCRBCL). Methods Both clinicopathologic and immunohistochemical aspects of TCRBCL were analyzed in 3 cases. Results There were two female and one male. Their mean age was 52.7 years. Immunostainings showed that neoplastic large cells were L26 , with more than 60% UCHL1 small lymphoid cells on background in all the cases. One patient was complicated by diffuse large B cell lymphoma. Conclusion TCRBCLs could be the morphological variants of different types of large B cell lymphomas. |
