对市民普及现场急救常识的实践及效果

目的调查市民对急救知识的需求，探讨急救常识普及活动对市民正确进行现场急救的指导意义。方法在医院门、急诊广场，组织85名市民参加现场急救常识普及活动。向市民发放调查问卷，由护理人员对受训者讲授基础急救知识，演示急救技能，与受训者进行互动式训练，并检验训练效果。结果85名市民均认为参加急救常识及技能普及活动是必要的；通过培训，1次操作通过率为10．59％（9名），2次操作通过率为76．47％（65名），3次操作通过率为12．94％（11名）。结论市民有学习急救知识的意愿，全民急救知识的普及能够使更多的市民进行正确的现场救护。

Study of the field first aid knowledge training among citizens

Objective To explore the needs and method of field first aid knowledge training among citizens. Methods Eighty - five citizens were enrolled in the outpatient and emergency squares of the hospital. They were investigated with a questionnaire, and then received interactive training,including first aid knowledge and skills,and last attended an examination. Results The result showed that 9 （ 10. 59% ） citizens passed the operation test through one time training, 65 （76.47%） citizens passed the test through two times training,and 11（12.94%） citizens passed the test through three times training. Conclusions Most of citizens have the needs of training about field first aid knowledge, and it is effective to improve their ability by appropriate training.
