低功率He-Ne激光对大鼠实验性创口愈合的影响
摘    要:使用低功率He-Ne激光(波长632.8nm)对大鼠实验性缝合和开放创口进行照射,术后不同时间测定缝合创口的抗拉强度、开放创口的愈合速度,并对缝合和开放创口的皮肤标本进行光镜、电镜组织学观察。结果表明,①激光照射组缝合创口术后第7天平均抗拉强度为35.05g/mm2,较对照组的26.11g/mm2明显增高(P<0.05);②术后第21天平均抗拉强度为112.78g/mm2,较对照组75.66g/mm2明显增高(P<0.05);③术后第3天开放创口的闭合速度激光组和对照组相比有明显差异(P<0.05);④光镜、电镜组织学观察,激光组和对照组相比在表皮再生、炎性反应及胶原纤维增生程度上均未发现明显不同。提示低功率He-Ne激光对创口愈合有良好的促进作用。

EFFECTS OF LOW ENERCY He-Ne LASER IRRADIATION ON EXPERIMENTAL WOUND HEALING IN RATS

Abstract:Low energy He-Ne laser(632.8nm) was used to irradiate sutured and open wounds in rats in order to observe the effects of the laser on wound healing. Forty-eight rats was divided at random into two groups of 24 each.One group underwent He-Ne laser irraddiation and the other went without irradiation.The tensile strength of the wounds sutured and the healing speed of the open wounds were meansured at the 3rd,7th,21st postoperative days.Significant differences in tensile strength of the sutured wounds were found between the He-Ne laser iradiated wounds and non-irradiated wounds controls at the 7th and 21st postoperative days(P<0.05,P<0.05).There were also significant differences in the healing speed of the open wounds between the He-Ne laser irradiated wounds and the controls at the 3rd day after operation.In addition, the histology of the sutured and open wounds were also studied.The results indicate that low energy He-Ne laser has some promotive effect on wound healing.More animal experiments will be made.
