| 摘 要： | 目的评价膦甲酸钠治疗带状疱疹的疗效与安全性。方法采用随机对照的临床试验,59例患者随机分为3组,分别应用膦甲酸钠、阿昔洛韦、伐昔洛韦治疗,进行疗效判定。结果膦甲酸钠组总有效率为95%,阿昔洛韦组为70%,伐昔洛韦组为68.4%,膦甲酸钠组与对照组间疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膦甲酸钠治疗带状疱疹起效快,疗效好。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Foscamet Sodium in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods A randomized controlled study was performed in 59 patients with herpes zoster. The patients were randomized to be treated with Foscarnet Sodium, Acyclovir or Valaciclovir. Results The total effective rate was 95% in the test group, 70% and 68.4% in the control groups, there were significant differences （P〈0.05） between the test group and the control groups. Conclusion Foscamet Sodium is superior to Acyclovir and Valaciclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster. |
