整形患者异常心理矫治

目的探讨心理矫治对异常心理整形患者身心疾病的康复作用,说明心理矫治在治愈异常心理患者中的必要性.方法根据不同的心理发展过程和心理状态将整形患者分3类,对每一类有心理障碍的患者,采取各种不同的方法来进行治疗.用普通心理疗法+整形手术治疗先天畸形患者56例;采用疏通心理+手术治疗后天畸形73例,其中11例精神症性障碍的患者给予适当药物治疗;配合精神科医师系统的治疗了6例要求美容异常心理患者,未施行手术.结果56例先天畸形异常心理患者均对手术效果满意;后天畸形73例异常心理患者除1例以外均对手术效果满意;6例要求美容异常心理患者心理上得到康复治疗结论对异常心理整形患者进行的心理矫治,能达到身心整体康复的作用.

Psychotherapy for mental disorder in plastic patients

AIM: To demonstrate the necessity of psychotherapy for plastic patients with mental disorder by observing the rehabilitative effects of psychotherapy on patients with physical and psychological disorders after plastic operation.METHODS: All the enrolled patients who asked for plastic surgery were divided into three groups according to their different psychological developing processes and different psychological situations. Three different management methods were adopted accordingly. Fifty-six patients with congenital malformation were treated with general psychotherapy plus plastic operation; 73 patients with acquired malformation were treated with dredging psychotherapy plus plastic operation, among which 11 patients with mental diseases were treated with proper drugs; and 6 patients with mental disorders who asked for cosmefic and plastic operation were managed with the cooperation of a psychiatrist but without operation.RESULTS: Fifty-six patients with congenital malformation were satisfied with the effects of operations; 76 patients with acquired malformation, except oen case, were also satisfied with the effects of operations; and 6 patients who asked for cosmetic and plastic operation perfectly recovered from their mental disorder.CONCLUSION: Psychotherapy may help the plastic patients to recoverfrom physical and mental disorder.
