维生素C和E联合应用对酒精损伤睾丸超微结构的影响

摘    要:目的 观察维生素C(VC)和维生素E(VE)联合应用对酒精(ALC)损伤睾丸超微结构的影响.方法 雄性成年昆明种小鼠50只,随机分为5组:正常组、酒精组、酒精+VC组、酒精+VE组和酒精+VC+VE组,连续灌胃23 d.应用光镜和透射电镜观察睾丸组织的结构变化.结果 与正常组相比,酒精组多数生精细胞核固缩,核膜模糊不清,支持细胞数量较少,细胞器结构异常;与酒精组相比,酒精+VC组多数生精细胞形态趋于正常,胞质内可见较多细胞器,支持细胞数量较多,细胞器丰富;酒精+VE组多数生精细胞固缩,细胞间隙大小不等,支持细胞数量较多,结构良好,趋于正常;酒精+VC+VE组多数生精细胞结构良好,核膜清晰,细胞器较多,支持细胞较大,核清晰,线粒体和溶酶体较多.结论 VC和VE联合应用可拮抗酒精的毒害作用,对生精小管结构具有保护作用.

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of a joint application of vitamin C and vitamin E on the ultra structure of testis in alcohol-injured mice.Methods Fifty mature mice were divided into five groups at random:the control group;the alcohol group;the alcohol and vitamin C group;the alcohol and vitamin E group;the alcohol,vitamin C and vitamin E group.The control group was given distilled water.The other four groups were exposed to alcohol.At the same time,the alcohol and vitamin C group was given vitamin C,the alcohol and vitamin E group was given vitamin E,the last group was given both vitamin C and vitamin E.Distilled water,alcohol,vitamin C and vitamin E were given by intragastric administration for 23 days.Light microscope and transmission electron microscope were used to detect the structure of the testis.Results Compared with the control group,nuclear-pycnosis appeared in most spermatogenic cells of the alcohol group.The number of Sertoli cells decreased.The structure of organell was abnormal.Compared with the alcohol group,most spermatogenic cells were normal in the alcohol and vitamin C group.A lot of organelles could be found in the cytoplasm.The number of Sertoli cells was increased.In the alcohol and vitamin E group,most spermatogenic cells were still pyknic.There were some intervals of different size among cells.The number of Sertoli cells was increased and the structure of most spermatogenic cells was normal.In the alcohol,vitamin C and vitamin E group,most spermatogenic cells were normal.There were a lot of organelles in the cytoplasm.The Sertoli cells were large and a lot of mitochondria and lysosomes could be observed.Conclusion The joint application of vitamin C and vitamin E could inhibit the toxicity of alcohol,and might have significant protective function on the ultra structure of the cells in seminiferous tubules.
