2011年北京市昌平区塑料一次性餐饮具蒸发残渣含量监测分析

目的了解北京市昌平区塑料一次性餐饮具蒸发残渣含量的数据,掌握该辖区内该类产品销售和使用的卫生质量状况。方法 2011年3—5月,调查辖区内部分销售和餐饮单位,并对其销售和使用的塑料一次性餐饮具抽检,共50件样品进行了蒸发残渣含量检测,检测结果按照国家相关标准评价。结果检测样品50件,合格37件,合格率74.00%。其中,一次性快餐盒、餐碗的合格率分别为47.83%和88.89%;集贸市场、餐饮单位和超市样品的合格率分别为81.48%、38.46%和100.00%。结论北京市昌平区部分市售和餐饮单位使用的塑料一次性餐饮具存在蒸发残渣超标现象,卫生质量状况不佳,需进一步加强监管。

Surveillance and analysis on evaporation residue content of plastic disposable tableware in Changping District of Beijing in 2011

Objective] To get the data of evaporation residue content of in Changping District of Beijing,know the sanitation quality of plastic disposable tableware.Methods]From April to May in 2011,the plastic disposable tableware in some markets and catering enterprises in Changping District were sampled and detected.A total of 50 samples were tested for evaporation residue content,and the results were evaluated according to the related national standards.Results]37 of 50 samples were qualified with the qualified rate of 74%.The qualified rate of disposable snack box and bowl was 47.83% and 88.89% respectively.The qualified rate of free markets,catering enterprises and supermarket was 81.48%,38.46% and 100.00%,respectively.Conclusion]The evaporation residue contents of some plastic disposable tableware in markets and catering enterprises have exceeded the national standards,and the sanitary quality is not good.It is necessary to strengthen the supervision and management.
