肾癌功能成像研究进展

肾细胞癌是最常见的肾脏原发恶性肿瘤,影像检查是其主要诊断手段,近年来功能成像作用显著。功能成像从形态和功能变化两个层面对疾病的发生、发展和预后进行评估和监测,有助于肿瘤的早期检出、诊断及治疗效果与预后的评估。就国内外功能成像对肾癌的研究进展进行综述,介绍CT、MRI、核医学及超声各种功能医学成像技术在肾癌诊断与术前评估中的临床应用价值,对比各种功能成像方法的优势与不足。

Research progress of functional imaging in renal carcinoma

Renal cell carcinoma is the most common primary malignant of kidney. Imaging examination is the main diagnostic tool. In recent years, functional imaging has been applied in clinical diagnosis. Functional imaging can be used to evaluate and monitor the occurrence, progress and prognosis of diseases from morphological and functional change. It is helpful in early detection and diagnosis, evaluation of treatment effect, and predicting prognosis of the tumor. In this paper we reviewed the research progress of functional imaging in renal carcinoma, introduced the clinical values of CT, MRI, nuclear medicine and ultrasound functional imaging in renal carcinoma diagnosis and preoperative evaluation, and compared the advantages and weaknesses of functional imaging tools.
