湖北省农村地区职业学校学生艾滋病防治知识调查

目的了解湖北省农村贫困地区职业学校（简称“职校暠）学生艾滋病相关知识的知晓情况。方法参考联合国 UNGASS 5项评价指标,采用自行设计的问卷,通过分层整群抽样的方法抽取职校学生1915名,调查职校学生艾滋病相关知识的知晓情况。结果13.11%的学生对 UNGASS 5项指标全部回答正确；59.41%的职校学生知晓艾滋病可通过母婴传播,41.53%的职校学生知晓与艾滋病患者共餐并不传染艾滋病；预防措施中“拒绝不安全性行为暠的知晓率最高（66.69%）；职校学生的艾滋病相关知识来源主要是网络、广播、电视（60.45%）和相关书籍（31.57%）；男性艾滋病知晓率明显高于女性。结论职校学生艾滋病相关知识总体掌握情况较差,且相对男生而言,女生更为严重；作为未来产业大军的重要来源,职校学生艾滋病知识宣传教育工作需要进一步加强。

Investigation of HIV/AIDS Knowledge among Vocational-technical School Students from Rural Areas in Hubei Province

Objectives To investigate the recognition of HIV/AIDS among vocational-technical school students from rural areas.Methods 1 91 5 vocational-technical school students were sampled by stratified cluster sampling and investigated by questionnaire survey on anonymous basis.Results The awareness rate of the students was only 13.1 1% according to UNGASS.The transmission awareness was 59.41% with regards to AIDS transmission via maternal-neonatal routes and 66.69% of the vocational-technical school students knew that refusing to unsafe sexual behaviors was one of HIV/AIDS preventive measures;The way for students to get information on AIDS was prima-rily from internet,TV and radio （60.45%）and books （31.57%）.The awareness indicator of male students was apparently higher than that of female students.Conclusions The health education on AIDS for the vocational-tech-nical school students should be strengthened.
