丙酸氟替卡松雾化吸入及孟鲁司特治疗婴幼儿喘息的临床观察

摘    要:①目的探讨丙酸氟替卡松和孟鲁司特对婴幼儿喘息的临床疗效。②方法将在我院门诊或病房收治的喘息性婴幼儿300例选为研究对象,除去失访及没有坚持用药的患者,成功随访132例。132例患儿按照所用药物不同分为丙酸氟替卡松组和孟鲁司特组,丙酸氟替卡松组70例,男30例,女40例,年龄(13.2±5.05)月;孟鲁司特组62例,男25例,女37例,年龄(13.5±4.99)月。观察两组在1年内平均出现喘息的次数和无症状天数。③结果两组平均喘息次数存在显著差异( P <0.05),丙酸氟替卡松组无症状天数(348.6±19.3)天,高于孟鲁司特组无症状天数(321.6±34.8)天( P <0.05);两组患儿与同龄儿童相比生长速度无显著差异。④结论使用丙酸氟替卡松预防婴幼儿喘息疗效优于孟鲁司特,且不影响婴幼儿生长发育。

Abstract:Objective To explore effect of fluticasone propionate and Montelukast in prevention of wheezing in infants . Methods Study of 300 wheezing in infants cured in our hospital ,132 cases finished the follow -ups ,they were divided into two groups;70 children in Fluticasone propionate group including male 30,femal 40 with an average of (13.2 ±5.05) M,62 children in Montelukast group including male 62 including male 25,femal 37 with an average age of (13.5 ±4.99)M.The frequency of wheez-ing recurrence and days without symptoms were observed in the two groups .Resutls There was significant difference in frequency of wheezing recurrence between 2 groups ( P <0.05).Fluticasone propionate group has more days without symptoms than Montelukast group,(13.5 ±4.99)vs(321.6 ±34.8), P <0.05.There was no significant difference in growth rate between two groups and nor-mal children .Conclusion Fluticasone propionate is more effective than montelukast in prevention of wheezing in infants and has no effect in infant growth and development .
