小儿支原体肺炎生化检查分析

目的了解小儿支原体肺炎生化检查特点。方法回顾性分析秦皇岛市妇幼保健院2004--2008年住院的660例支原体肺炎患儿的临床资料，并与细菌性肺炎130例和病毒性肺炎120例的实验室检验指标进行比较。结果660例支原体肺炎患儿中，血沉数值为（22．80±2．68）mm／h，c反应蛋白（10．05±2．87）mg／L，基本在正常范围；天冬氨酸转氨酶（135±6．12）U／L，丙氨酸转氨酶（121±4．56）U／L，肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶（55±4．85）U／L，均显著高于细菌和病毒性肺炎，其差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论支原体肺炎患儿血沉、C反应蛋白大多正常，血清酶水平明显高于正常。

Biochemical analysis of Mycoplasmal Pneumonia in Children

Objective] To understand the characteristic of biochemical examination. Methods] The clinical data of 660 children with mycophasmal pneumonia in Qinhuangdao Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from July 2004 to July 2008 was analyzed retrospectively, and compared with laboratory indicators of 130 cases of bacterial pneumonia and 120 cases of viral pneumonia. Results]Of 660 cases of mycophasmal pneumonia, C reactive protein amount was （10.05 ± 2.87 } mg/L, basically in the normal range; aspartate aminotransferase { 135± 6.12} U / L, alanine aminotransferase 1121 ± 4.56） U / L, creatine phosphokinase isoenzyme （ 55±4.85 } U / L were all significantly higher than those of bacterial and viral pneumonia, the differences were significant （ P 〈0.01}. Conclusion] Erythrocyte sedimentation and C -reactive protein levels of patients with mycophasmal pneumonia both exceed normal levels, serum enzyme level was extremely higher.
