泮托拉唑两种给药方式对上消化道出血的疗效

目的：观察泮托拉唑两种给药方式对上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法：将上消化道出血患者，随机分为两组，对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予泮托拉唑80mg，iv bid，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予泮托拉唑160mg，ivd，维持12h，疗程均为3d。观察两种给药方式对上消化道出血的临床疗效。结果：共纳入患者46例，两组各23例，两组患者疗效相比较，差异无统计学意义。两组均未见明显的不良反应。结论：泮托拉唑两种给药方式对上消化道出血的临床疗效相当。
