喹硫平与利培酮治疗女性精神分裂症的临床对照研究

目的比较喹硫平与利培酮治疗女性精神分裂症的临床疗效和安全性。方法对符合中国精神障碍分类和诊断标准第3版（CCMD-3）精神分裂症诊断标准的女性精神分裂症患者，随机使用喹硫平（A组，n=36）和利培酮（B组，n=36）治疗8周，采用阳性症状和阴性症状量表（PANSS量表）评定疗效。采用副反应量表（TESS）评估不良反应。结果治疗8周后喹硫平组有效率66．7％，利培酮组有效率68．9％，两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。两组不良反应胃肠道反应、头晕昏厥、口干、锥体外系反应比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。体重增加、月经失调和泌乳比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论喹硫平与利培酮对女性精神分裂症患者疗效相当，喹硫平在体重增加、月经失调和泌乳方面不良反应小，更适合于女性精神分裂症患者。
