不同营养支持方式治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果

【目的】探讨不同营养支持治疗对重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）预后的影响。【方法】将2004年1月至2009年1月本院收治的50例SAP患者随机分为两组，全胃肠外营养组（TPN组）及个体化阶段性营养组（个体化组）各25例，比较并分析两组的治疗结果。【结果】个体化组的导管并发症、二重感染、肝功损害、腹腔感染发生率明显低于TPN组（P〈0．05）；住院时间也显著短于TPN组（P〈0．05）。【结论】个体化阶段性营养支持可以改善SAP病人的营养状况和预后，是治疗SAP较理想的营养支持方式。

Comparison of Two Different Nutrition Support Methods for the Treatment of Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective]To explore the effect of different nutrition support methods on the prognosis of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods]Fifty severe acute pancreatitis patients in our hospital from Jan. 2004 to Jan. 2009 were enrolled and randomly divided into total parenteral nutrition group（TPN group, n =25） and individualization nutrition group （n = 25）. The curative effects and complications were compared between two groups. Results]The incidences of incubation complications, superinfection, liver function injury and abdominal cavity infection in individualization nutrition group were significantly lower than those in TPN group（ P〈0.05）. The hospitalized day in individualization nutrition group was less than that in T19N group（p〈0.05）. Conclusion]Individualized stage nutrition support can remarkably improve prognosis and nutritional status of patients with severe acute pancreatitis. It is the ideal nutrition support method for the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.
