加味厌食散治疗肝郁脾虚型厌食患儿临床观察

目的：探讨加味厌食散治疗肝郁脾虚型厌食患儿临床疗效。方法：应用中药加味厌食散治疗小儿肝郁脾虚厌食症260例（硫酸锌对照组82例），治疗3个月后，加味厌食散组临床有效率93.6％，治愈率79．3％体重平均增加1.2kg；身高平均增加2．3cm；防治复感儿有效率92．6％。疗效均优于对照组。治疗肝郁脾虚型厌食患儿中98例缺锌者，治疗后加味厌食散组发锌值平均升高60.05ppm，对照组平均增加39．55ppm。经统计学处理。差异显著（P〈0.001）。在测试肝郁脾虚型厌食患儿的尿木糖吸收率实验中，治疗组48例，对照组22例，两组治疗后前组高于后组差异显著（P〈0．05）。检测患儿的血红蛋白发现治疗后治疗组患儿的血红蛋白明显高于对照，两组差异显著（P〈0．001）。结果：加味厌食散能有效地改善肝郁脾虚型厌食患儿的厌食状况，使患儿的身高和体重增加，此外对于提高厌食症患儿的小肠吸收功能及血红蛋白的含量有一定作用。结论：加味厌食散对肝郁脾虚型厌食患儿有较好的临床疗效。

Investigate the Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Modified Anorectic Powder on Anorectic Child Patients Belonging to Liver-qi Stagnation with Spleen-deficiency Type

Objective:To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of modified anorectic powder on anorectic child patients belonging to liver-qi stagnation with spleen-deficiency type.Methods:The study is to apply modified anorectic powder to treat 260 cases of anorectic children of liver-qi stagnation with spleen-deficiency type(82 cases of zinc sulfate control group).After three months of treatment,the clinical effective rate of the modified anorectic powder group is 93.6%,the curing rate 79.3%.body weight equally increases 1.2 kg;The height equally increases potential 2.3 cm;the effective rate of Preventing and controlling recurrent cold is 92.6 %.The curative effect surpasses the control group.After treating 98 cases of zinc lacked in the anorexia children belonging to liver-qi stagnation with spleen-deficiency type,the hair zinc value of the therapeutic group rise to 60.05ppm,the control group increases 39.55ppm equally.Dealt with by statistics,the difference is prominent(P<0.001).In testing the urine xylose absorption rate experiment of this type,The 48-cases therapeutic group is higher than the 22-cases control group after the treatment.The group's difference is prominent(P<0.05).In the meanwhile,The hemoglobin of the treatment group is obviously higher than the control group,difference of the two groups is prominent(P<0.001).Results:The modified anorectic powder can improve the child anorexia of liver-qi stagnation with spleen-deficiency type effectively,make the infant's height and weight increase,also have certain function in improving the absorbing function of small intestine and the content of hemoglobin of the anorectic infants.Conclusion:Modified anorectic powder has good clinical curative effect on the anorectic infants of liver-qi stagnation with spleen-deficiency type.
