宫内节育器对大鼠子宫内膜影响的组织化学研究

摘    要:用手术方法将不锈钢丝作为宫内节育器(IUD)放入大鼠右侧子宫腔内,并同时用不锈钢丝刺入左侧子宫腔,然后取出,为对照,将大鼠分为动情期和妊娠第6d2组。取双侧子宫(一侧为对照角,另一侧为实验角),进行恒冷箱切片,做糖原、脂类、碱性磷酸酶,酸性磷酸酶、葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶、非特异性酯酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶和3-β-羟基甾体脱氢酶等组织化学研究。结果发现,放置IUD后,G6Pase、NSE、SDH活性下降,糖原和AKP增强,而脂类、3-β-HSDH、ACP在放置IUD后动情期表现为增高,妊娠第6d表现为下降,在放置IUD后,子宫内膜中组织化学成分的变化,无论是增高还是减弱都说明IUD对子宫内膜正常的代谢活动是有影响的。因此,使子宫内膜与胚泡之间处于不同步发育状态,而代谢旺盛的分解产物可能有毒胚泡作用,这可能为IUD抗着庆的机理。

Abstract:There were the inert IUD on the right uteru of the rats and without IUD on the left. Histochemical changes of the endometrium of the rats with IUD as follows: the activity of Gly and AKP increased, but G6Pase, NSE and SDH decreased in the endometrium of the rats with IUD during the estrus and the 6th day of pregnancy. 3-β-HSDH, ACP, and Lipid increased during the estrus. 3-β-HSDH, ACP, Lipid decreased during the 6th day of pregnancy. These results suggested that IUD had influenced normal metabolism of endometrium of the rats with IUD. It may be the mechanism for IUD to impede the implantation
