摘    要:目的 探讨寿胎丸对肾虚-黄体抑制流产模型(病证结合模型)大鼠雌激素水平的影响.方法应用羟基脲和米非司酮制备SD大鼠肾虚-黄体抑制流产模型.给模型大鼠寿胎丸进行干预,肉眼观察子宫病变,记录胚胎数,计算流产率;化学发光法检测血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)的水平.结果寿胎丸能明显降低大鼠的流产率,增加胚胎数,提高血清E2和P...

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Shoutai Pills on the estrogen level of abortion model SD rats suffered from corpus luteum inhibition due to kidney deficiency (disease-syndrome combination model). Methods Applying hydroxycarbamide and mifepristone to establish the abortion model with corpus luteum inhibition due to kidney deficiency of SD rats. Using Shoutai Pills formula to treat the model rats, observing the uterus condition, and recording the embryo numbers and the miscarriage rate of each rat. The serum estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) levels of these two groups were determined by chemoluminescence. Results Compared with the model group, the abortion rate was greatly reduced and the embryo number and the serum E2 and P levels were obviously increased in the treating group. Conclusion Shoutai Pills can apparently improve the condition of this disease-syndrome combination model. It can improve the condition of the model rats through elevating the E2 and P levels and reinforce the corpus luteum function to maintain the pregnancy, so it can achieve the effects of tonifying the kidney and preventing abortion.
