| Abstract: | We present our current opinions on the surgical treatment of urinary incontinence in children with spina bifida. The age of treatment, preferred treatment modalities and results are discussed. We emphasize the importance of initiating treatment for incontinence at an early age as well as the use of effective surgical techniques. |
