高氧液对实验性ARDS动物模型的保护作用

摘    要:目的 探讨高氧液对实验性ARDs动物模型的影响.方法 将健康大耳白兔40只随机分为实验与对照两组,每组20只,通过静脉注射油酸制造ARDS模型,实验组注射高氧液,对照组注射生理盐水,测定两组治疗前、后1小时动脉血气指标,并统计72小时存活率.结果 实验组的PaO2和SaO2在实验1小时后明显高于对照组(P<0.01);72小时存活率也明显高于对照组(P<0.01).结论 高氧液对实验性ARDS动物模型具有保护作用.

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in experimental ARDS model.Methods Forty health rabbits were randomly divided into two groups,and accepted intravenous injection of oleic acid to establish ARDS model.The control group was given saline and the experimental group was given hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Artery blood air indexes were measured before the experiment and at the first hour after the experiment.The survive rate of two groups was recorded and compared with each other.Results The Sa O2,PaO2 and survive rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control within 72 hours after the experiment(P< 0.01).Conclusion It is suggested that hyperbaric oxygen therapy can protect experimental ARDS model.
