经下肢外周静脉穿刺至股静脉置管化疗的研究

目的 观察肝动脉化疗栓塞（TACE）和经皮乙酸消融（PAI）双介入治疗巨块型肝癌的临床效果。方法 对28例巨块型肝癌患者行TACE及PAI联合治疗，并进行系统的术前、术中、术后护理及健康教育。结果 28例患者治疗后肿块全部缩小，肝功能损害在2周内恢复正常。结论对巨块型肝癌患者行TACE及PAI联合治疗并辅以系统有效的护理能减少并发症的发生，提高患者的生活质量。

Clinical observation about the percutaneous acetic acid interventional therapy and the obliteration of hepatic artery by chemotherapy for patients with massive hepatocarcinoma

Objective To study the clinical effects of percutaneous acetic acid interventional therapy and the obliteration of hepatic artery by chemotherapy for patients with massive hepatocarcinoma. Methods The percutaneous acetic acid interventional therapy and the obliteration of hepatic artery by chemotherapy were used for 28 patients with massive hepatocarcinoma. Systemic preoperative nursing cares and relative health education were applied. Results The tumors of all the patients had shrunken and the liver function of them was recovered within 2 weeks. Conclusions The therapy of percutaneous acetic acid interventional therapy combined with the obliteration of hepatic artery by chemotherapy is effective for patients with massive hepatocarcinoma, which can effectively reduce the incidence rate of nursing-associated complications, and then improve the quality of life for patients.
