深静脉置管行血液净化治疗相关感染的预防与护理对策

目的探讨中心静脉留置导管在血液净化治疗中相关感染的防治与护理要点。方法收集2004年2月-2005年6月本血液净化中心行临时性单针双腔静脉导管留置术进行血液净化治疗的患者223例，总结抗感染导管与非抗感染导管的临床抗感染效果及相关感染的防治与护理要点。结果本组发生导管相关感染28例（12．6％），带管时间3-155d。抗感染与非抗感染导管临床效果比较差异无统计学意义。结论临时性中心静脉留置导管是建立血液净化治疗血管通路的一种方便快捷方法，临床预防导管相关感染的主要措施为正确、严格的无菌操作与日常护理。

Preventive and nursing measures about infection which have related with blood purification by deep vein inserted catheter

Objective To study the preventive and nursing key points about infection whieh have related with blood purifieation by deep vein inserted eatheter. Methods Selected 223 patients who had aeeepted the blood purification by deep vein inserted eatheter from February of 2004 to June of 2005 in our eenter, and then summarized the preventive and nursing key points about infeetion. Results There were 28 eases eatheter-related infeetion among the 223 patients, the ratio was 12.6%. The eontinuous time of deep vein inserted eatheter was 3-55 days. There was no signifieant differenee about the infection ineidenee rate between the routine eatheter and the anti-infection catheter. Conclusions It is a eonvenient blood purifieation method by deep vein inserted eatheter. The preventive and nursing key points about dialysis-infection are the normative aseptie processing and the striet routine nursing cares.
