摘    要:目的 了解护理人员对工作量、工作满意度及人力资源配置的认识情况及其影响因素。方法 对2所三级医院各科室所有在编正式护士252人进行问卷调查,内容包括护理人员的工作量、工作满意度,对人力资源配置的认知及影响因素,并对结果进行分析。结果 83.7%的护理人员认为工作量大,平均工作满意度为30.0%;90.5%的护理人员认为医院护士配置数量不足,75.4%的护理人员认为职称结构不合理。结论 护理人员工作量大,工作满意度不高,护士数量不足、职称结构不合理是护理人力资源配置存在的主要问题。合理配备与使用护理人员,可减轻其工作负担与压力,提高工作满意度。

Abstract:Objective In order to know the conditions of workload, working satisfactory degree and manpower distribution for nurses and the related factors. Methods Investigated 252 nurses selected from 2 hospitals by questionnaire, the interviewing contents included nursing workload, working satisfactory degree, manpower distribution and their related factors, and then analyzed the data. Results 83.7% nurses believed that the current nursing workload was overburden, the working satisfactory degree was 30.0% ,90.5% nurses believed the nursing manpower distribution was not enough, 75.4% nurses believed the technical title frame was not reasonable. Conclusions Reasonable manpower distribution can effectively ameliorate the working burden of nurses, and then improve the nursing satisfactory degree.
