吸入万托林及布地奈德治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

目的探讨虹吸法在抢救休克患者快速建立有效静脉通道中的应用效果。方法将136例休克患者随机分为虹吸法组71例和传统法组65例，虹吸法组采用虹吸负压输液法进行静脉穿刺，而传统法组采用传统输液法进行静脉穿刺，2组患者在抢救时均选择手背静脉作为穿刺部位，以第1次穿刺即见回血判定为穿刺成功。比较2组患者的穿刺成功率。结果虹吸法组穿刺成功率为64．79％，而传统法组穿刺成功率为32．31％，2组比较，X^2=14．32，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论虹吸法可明显地提高休克患者静脉穿刺的成功率，为抢救休克患者快速建立有效静脉通道开拓了一种新途径，对挽救患者生命具有非常重要的现实意义。

Application of siphonage to rescue shock patients by establishing effective vein path rapidly

Objective In order to know the proper points about prevention and nursing for pulmonary infection among children after living liver transplantation. Methods Analyzed the data about 25 children with postoperative pulmonary infection when they had accepted living liver transplantation. Resulks The incidence rate of postoperative pulmonary infection in children was higher than that of in adults. The dominant pathogenic bacteria were conditional bacteria, the fastigium of pulmonary infection was 2 weeks after the transplantation operation. Conclusion Reinforce health education and preventive measures before operation can guarantee successful living liver transplatation for children without any pulmonary infection, and then improve their quality of life.
