摘    要:目的 探讨研究性学习模式在《护理科研》教学中的应用效果,为进一步探索《护理科研》教学的改革提供借鉴。方法 对107名成教护理大专学生进行研究性学习指导,以学生所在的临床科室为单位,分为内科、外科、妇产科、儿科、急诊科和基础护理6个小组。对本组学生实施研究性学习指导前后的教学效果进行评估和比较。结果 学生实施研究性学习前后对护理科研认知情况明显改善,经统计学检验,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.01;107份研究论文中,6份有一定的学术价值。成绩:优(≥90分)6名占5.6%;良(80~89分)33名占30.8%;中(70~79分)61名占57.0%;及格(60-69分)7名占6.6%。结论 研究性学习能激发学生对护理科研的兴趣和潜能,提高学生发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的综合能力和独立获取知识的能力.有利于学生护理科研能力的培养。

Abstract:Objective To study the teaching effects of using research-based study in the teaching course of Nursing Research among adult nursing students, and then make out suggestion for relative teaching improvement. Methods There were 107 adult nursing students in this research, divided them into 6 units according to their own clinical department. Compared the teaching effects of these students before and after their teaching course of Nursing Research. Results Research-based study significant improved the condition of cognition for nursing research in adult nursing students. After the research-based study, there were 6 students over 90 scores, 33 students from 80 to 89, 61 students from 70 to 79 and 7 students from 60 to 69. Conclusions Research-based study can effectively excite the interest and the potential of students, and then improve the ability of discovering and solving problems for them.
