| 摘 要： | 测定了急性肾炎（ＡＧＮ）、激素敏感型肾病综合征（ＳＳＮＳ）及良因尿（ＢＨＵ）三咱肾小政治协商会议疾病患儿急性期血清９种补体成分及免疫球蛋白含量，并做了比较，ＡＧＮ时Ｃ３降低，ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ升高；ＳＳＮＳＣ３、Ｃ４、Ｃ５、ＩｇＭ升高，Ｃｌｑ、Ｃ９、Ｂ、ＩｇＧ降低；ＢＨＵ时ＩｇＡ升高。依此可以辅助临床诊断与鉴别诊断。

| Abstract: | Nine kinds of serum complement components and immunoglobulins in children with three kinds of glomerular diseases including acute glomerulonephritis(AGN),steroid-sensative nephrotic syndrome(SSNS)and benign hematuria(BHU)were measured,and comparisons among the results were made.Lower C3 level and higher levels of IgG and IgA were found in children with AGN.Also,we discovered serum levels of C3,C4,C5 and IGM were ascended,and levels of C1q,C9,B and IgG were descended in patients with SSNS.Only elevated IgA was showed when the children were suffered from BHU.Measurement of these factors would be of benefit for the differential diagnosis of glomerular diseases. |
