兔退行性膝关节病与血清中NO、SOD、MDA 相关性的实验研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨退行性膝关节病与血清中NO、SOD、MDA相关性。方法 :将 3 0只新西兰白色纯种健康成熟家兔 ,随机分成空白对照组、实验预防组与实验治疗组 ,每组 1 0只 ,采用单膝关节伸直位固定法复制DOA模型 ,模型组与预防组动物于造模前、造模后 3w、6w ,治疗组动物于造模前、造模后 9w、1 2w分别抽取耳缘静脉血 5ml制备血清 ,检测NO、SOD、MDA等指标。结果 :造模前、造模后 3w、6w模型组、预防组动物血清中NO、SOD、MDA含量变化无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组造模后 9w、1 2w血清中NO、SOD、MDA含量变化与造模前比较差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :DOA模兔关节软骨退变程度与血清中NO、SOD、MDA含量变化无明显时效关系。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the correlation of degenerative osteoarthritis and NO, SOD, MDA in serum.Methods:30 white pure-breed adult New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: control group (group A), synteresical group (group B) and therapeutic group (group C). Five milliter blood for serum, in which NO, SOD, MDA were measured, were obtained from animals, ear-limbus vein of group A and group B at pre-immobilization, 3weeks and 6 weeks after immobilization. While the another group dealed with in the same way at pre-immobilization, 9weeks and 12weeks after immobilization.Results:There were no significance to the changes of NO, SOD, MDA in serum between group A and group B at pre-immobilization, 3weeks and 6 weeks, at the same time the serum levels of NO, SOD, MDA in the another group were no significance at pre-immobilization, 9weeks and 12 weeks(P>0.05).Conclusion:There was no significant time-effect correlation between degenerative degree of rabbit,s articular cartilage and the serum levels of NO, SOD, MDA.
