原发性肝癌患者手术前后入肝血流量的观察

作者用Ｂ超多普勒复合装置测定了６２例肝癌患者手术前后的入肝血流量。结果：①无门脉主干癌栓的肝癌患者术前肝固有动脉血流量和门静脉血流量均大于对照组；②肝固有动脉结扎加栓塞术后，门静脉血流量增加；③右半肝切除术后肝固有动脉血流量的减少较肝右动脉结扎加栓塞术后更为明显；④门静脉主干癌栓经治疗（肝动脉和门静脉灌注化疗）缩小后，门静脉血流量增加，肝固有动脉血流量减少；⑤门静脉血流增加的量与肝固有动脉血流量减

OBSERVATION OF BLOOD FLOW VOLUME TO LIVER AND AFTER OPERATION ON PATIENTS WITH PRIMARY HEPATIC CARCINOMA

The blood flow volume of 62 patients with hepatic carcinoma was detected with Doppler ultrasound equipment before and after operation. The results Showed that: ( 1 ) both the blood flow volume of proper hepatic artery and portal veiriof hepatic carcinoma patients without cancer embolus in portal vein before operation was greater than the control group ; ( .2 ) portal blood flow volume inc- , reased after proper hepatic artery ligation and embolism; ( 3-) the blood flow volume in proper hepatic artery decreased more significantiy after excision of right part of liver than, after ligation and embolism of right hepatic artery; (4) portal blood flow volume; increased and proper hepatic arterial blood flow volume decreased after portal embolus regressed under hepatic arteiral and portal perfusion chemotherapy; (5), there was a positive correlation between the increase of portal blood flow volume and the decrease of proper hepatic arterial blood flow volume, which indicated that hepatic carcinoma; not only maintained blood supply of hapatic arterial and portal vein, but also had intrahepatic arterial collateral and sensitive intrahepatic arterial collateral and sensitive intrahepatic blood regulatory system.
