小儿穿孔性阑尾炎的X线诊断

目的：分析x线对小儿穿孔性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法：对经临床手术证实为穿孔性阑尾炎50例的腹部x线平片资料（含12例B超、7例CT资料）作回顾性分析。结果：x线表现为右侧胁腹脂线短缩及腹脂线髂段模糊41例，横结肠充气征43例，小肠积气（小肠环内径≤3cm）12例、胀气（小肠环内径〉3cm）38例，小肠积液50例，小肠壁增厚32例，回盲部密度增高并小气泡影12例，右侧腹腔少量游离气体1例。结论：x线检查对穿孔性阑尾炎有一定诊断价值，结合超声检查和／或CT检查可提高诊断准确率。

Radiodiagnosis Children Perforating Pedia-appendicitis

Objective ： To improve the radiodiagnosis of perforating pedia-appendicitis. Methods ： Data of abdomen plain film radiographies of 50 cases with perforating pedia-appendicitis confirmed by operation were retrospectively analyzed. Results：The x-ray manifestations were shown as follows：forty-seven cases of RT latus fat line were shown crispation, and their abdomen fat lines obscured with flank bone section,43 cases of gasing with colon transversum, 12 cases of ga- sing with small intestine, 38 cases gaseous distention, 50 cases small intestinal hydrops, 32 cases small intestinal wall thickening,12 cases of density increased in ileocecal junction and could be seen small air bubble,and 1 case of a small quantity of free air at RT latus. Conclusion：Perforating pedia-appendicitis has a certain diagnostic value by X-ray exami- nation,and combined with ultrasound and CT detection,its accuration andreliability were higher.
