Abstract: | Objective To determine the role of Heiicobacter Pylon (HP) in the development of gastric cancerand gastric precancerous lesions. Methods The point mutation of C-Ha - ras and P53 genes was detected bypolymerase chain reaction- single strand conformation polymorphism analysis (PCR-SSCP). Results Themutational rates of C - Ha - ras and P53 genes in HP positive patients were significantly higher than those in HPnegative patients. For gastric cancer patients, the mutational rates Of C-Ha - ras and P53 genes in HP positivepatients were sign significantly higher than those of HP negative patients. Conclusion HP infection may be inrelation with gastrocarcinogenesis, the gene mutation may plan a role in HP related gastric cancer. |
