摘    要: 目的 了解我院血培养中分离到的病原菌菌种分布及其耐药状况.方法 利用Bact/Alert3D 全自动血培养仪培养血标本,阳性标本转种后用VITEK32 全自动细菌鉴定仪或传统常规方法鉴定到种,然后用K-B法进行药敏测试.结果 送检的773份血培养标本中,检出病原菌116株,其中革兰阳性球菌占48.3%,革兰阴性杆菌占45.7%,真菌占6.0%.感染率最高的细菌是凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和铜绿假单胞菌.革兰阳性球菌中未发现对万古霉素耐药的菌株,而且对替考拉宁和磷霉素呈高度敏感;肠杆菌科未发现对舒普深、美洛培南和特治星耐药的细菌;非发酵菌则仅对舒普深有较高的敏感性.结论 血培养中分离出的病原菌种类复杂,耐药率高,及时了解血培养的结果对临床采取有针对性的抗菌治疗,提高治愈率和控制院内交叉感染具有重要意义.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in blood culture and their drug sensitivity in this hospital in the past year.Methods Blood samples were cultured in the Bact/Alert3D system and the isolated colonies were identified by the VITEK32 system or tranditional routine procedures. K - B method was carried out for the drug sensitivity of the bacteria. Results From the 773 blood samples received,we identified 116 strains of pathogenic bacteria. Gram - positive cocci accounted for 48.3%, Gram - negative bacilli for 45.7 %, and fungi for 6.0%. Conch~on Different kinds of pathogenic bacteria can be identified from blood culture; they have high resislance to antibiotics. It is important for the doctors to get the results of blood culture in time in order to give the patients correct antibiotic therapy,improve the cure rate, and control cross- infection in hospitals.
