分段式健康教育在肾移植术后监护中的应用

目的 探讨分段式健康教育在肾移植术后监护中的应用和效果,方法将116例患者随机分为两组,观察组为60例,采用分段式健康教育;对照组56例,采用传统健康教育方法.每组均对患者的不依从行为进行记录,并在转出监护室后1周内进行满意度调查,比较两组不依从行为的发生情况及满意度情况.结果 两组患者不依从行为的发生情况比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,观察组发生不依从行为明显低于对照组;两组患者满意度比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,观察组满意度明显优于对照组.结论 分段式健康教育及时满足了患者不同阶段的需求,降低了肾移植患者术后对治疗与护理的不依从行为的发生率,提高了患者的依从性,同时也提高了患者对监护室护理工作的满意度,适合在监护室推广应用.

Application of staged health education in postoperative care with renal transplantation

Objective To explore the applications and effect of staged health education in postoperative care with renal transplantation. Methods 116 patients were divided into 2 groups. The observation group (n =60) was treated with staged health education. The control group (n = 56) was treated with traditional health education. Incompliance behavior was observed and the patients' satisfactions were investigated in the two groups. Results The incompliance behavior in observation group was lower than control group ( P ＜ 0. 05 ) and the patients' satisfactions in observation group were significantly higher than control group ( P ＜ 0. 05 ).Conclusions Application of staged health education could meet the patients' demand in time in different stage. It can reduce incompliance behavior and improve the patients' satisfactions. It can be used widely in intensive care unit.
