| 摘 要： | 目的: 观察面、颈部瘢痕挛缩三种修复方法的疗效。方法: 23例灼伤后面、颈部瘢痕挛缩患者,瘢痕面积在6 cm×5 cm~16 cm×9 cm,根据具体情况,分别采用"Z"成形术、植皮术及扩张器扩张后皮瓣修复术治疗。结果: 采用以上三种方法,术后患者的外观及功能得到较大改善,效果满意。结论: 以上三种手术方法,可根据患者情况分别予以使用,各有其优缺点,均为临床可供选择的手术治疗手段。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the three methods of reconstructing cicatrix contracture on the face and anterior neck.Methods: Twenty-three patients with a cicatrix area of 6 cm×5 cm to 16 cm×9 cm were treated by skin flap transposition,free skin transplantation and skin soft tissue expansion since 1998.Results: All the cases were successfully repaired and satisfactory results achieved;the outward appearance and function had improved a lot.Conclusions: All the three procedures above have their own merits and shortcomings and can be applied to different cases in clinical practice. |
