| 摘 要： | 应用纯化的ＨＥＶ（８７Ａ株）热灭活抗原进行ＥＬＩＳＡ试验，测定日本大阪地区收集的１４９例各种肝病患者急性血清中的抗ＨＥＶ抗体、获得１９份阳性（阳性率为１２．７％），其中单纯抗ＨＥＶ ＩｇＭ阳性１１份和抗ＨＥＶ ＩｇＧ阳性６份。两者都阳性的２份。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the results of serological survey on hepatitis E virus infection in Japanese population. Sera from 149 patients with different liver diseases and 307 healthy subjects were tested for anti HEV IgM and IgG antibodies with a purified virus antigen of HEV 87A strain by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Nineteen(12.7%) of 149 patients with liver diseases had antibody to HEV. Of them, 11 patients were positive for IgM anti HEV, 6 patients positive for IgG, and 2 patients positive for both IgM and IgG. In contrast, two (0.6%) of the 307 healthy subjects had antibody against HEV. The results show that there is hepatitis E virus infection in Japan. |
