| 摘 要： | 消渴病的发生、发展及其部分并发症与脾胃功能失调有密切的关系,采用辛开苦降法调理脾胃功能治疗糖尿病,通过寒热温清并用,升清降浊,斡旋气机,解郁化滞,可以获得良好的降糖及改善并发症的效果。

| Abstract: | The occurrence, development and some complications of diabetes mellitus (DM) is closely related with dysfunction of spleen and stomach. Using acrid medicines for dispersion and bitter medicines for purgation to regulate the function of spleen and stomach is available for the treatment of DM. Through the combined use of cooling, heating, warming and clearing medicines, the lucid qi is ascended, the turbidness decended, the activity of qi regulated and stagnation dispersed, so that the blood sugar can be lowered and the complication of DM improved. |
