摘    要:目的了解特殊作业船艇不同作业岗位职业病危害的种类、剂量、危害程度,并根据量效关系进行分级评定。方法在作业状态下利用专业检测仪器分别对特殊作业船艇职业病危害因素进行监测,涉及雷达通讯、测量导航、机电、船务、气象等共5个工种122个作业岗位。检测项目包括:噪声、微波泄能、高温湿热、有害气体。并根据接触剂量用时间加权平均法对各工种进行单因素危害程度分级评价。结果5类作业岗位噪声污染整体评级较高,其次是高温高湿、微波辐射和有害气体。机电、测量导航和雷达通讯岗位是各类有害因素较集中的工种,有些作业岗位同时受到2种或2种以上职业病危害因素的影响。结论不同作业岗位职业危害综合暴露指数与劳动强度、暴露时间等有关。定性、定量分析职业病危害因素,进行分级评价可为有针对性地实施职业安全防护提供科学依据。
