| 摘 要： | 本文观察了９０例小儿（１－４岁）行腭裂修复术，用氯胺酮麻醉时对呼吸，心率的影响，结果呼吸率与心变化术前和用氯胺酮静脉麻醉后变化相比较无明显差异，恶心、呕吐及副作用发生率极小，通过临床观察认为氯胺酮静脉复合麻醉在小儿腭裂手术中是一种较满意的麻醉方法。

| Abstract: | This article observed the effects of respiration and heart rate of 9O children (age 1 -4 years old)who were taken the palatoplasty with ketamine intravenous anesthesia. The results showed that there were not statistical differences between the l3reoperation and the following the intravenous ketamine. The incidence of nansea,vomiting and side-effect were significanty lower. Clinic study indicates that ketamine intravenous combined anesthesia is a satisfactory method for infantile palatoplasty. |
