| 摘 要： | 总结了血管内介入治疗颅内动脉瘤，脑血管畸形、颈内动脉－海绵窦瘘共１０例的体会，提出导引导管插入过深可造成微导管拔出困难。对高凝状态病人介入治疗前应加大肝素用量、栓塞后造影强调观察有无正常血管缺失等观点。

| Abstract: | Endovascular treatments were studied in 10 cases of cerebral vascular disease,including intracranial aneurysms ,cerebral vascular malformation,carotid-cavernous fistula.Some viewpoits were suggested that the guiding catheter put in too deep will cause a difficulty to pull out the microcatheter;heparin should be given enough to the hypercoagulable patients before the endovascular treatment; the vascular observation should be considered whether normal or not by angiography after treatment.
