| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨健康教育干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者家庭氧疗依从性的影响.方法 将99例COPD患者随机分为2组,干预组54例接受系统性、个体化健康教育干预,对照组45例接受随机教育.以自行设计的调查问卷比较2组干预前后的吸氧人数及吸氧时间.结果 6个月后,干预组的吸氧人数较前增多(P<0.05),与对照组比较,吸氧时间优于后者(P<0.01);对照组自身前后比较差异无统计学意义.结论 健康教育干预能改善COPD患者的家庭氧疗依从性.
