| 摘 要： | 本文报告1987年从浙江省天台县患者血液及鼠肾分离的67株钧端螺旋体(以下简称钩体)的分群分型结果.自鼠肾分离的5株均为黄疸出血群赖型钩体.从病人血液分离的62株中,属黄疸出血群赖型4株、犬群犬型2株、七日热群七日热型?株、赛罗群棉兰型49株.棉兰型是该地区的主要流行菌型,也为浙江省首次发现的菌型.

| Abstract: | This paper reports the result in the serogrouping and serotyping of 67 strains of leptospire isolated from the patients' blood and rat kidneys in Tiantai county in 1987. All of the 5 strains from kidneys were identified as serogroup icterohaemorrhagiae serovar lai. Of the serogroups of the 62 strains isolated from patients' blood, 4 belonged to icterohaemorrhagiae serovar lai; 2 to canicola serovar canicola; 7 were Hebdomadis serovar hebdomadis and 49 Sejroe serovar medanesis.Serovar medanesis has been clearly shown to be the main epidemic serotype in Tiantai in 1987, which was discovered for the first time in Zhejiang province. |
