腰椎间盘突出合并椎管狭窄的手术治疗

报告手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并退行性腰椎管狭窄症１０４例。术后随访９０例，随诊时６个月～６年。优良率８６．５％，无腰椎不稳和腰椎滑脱等并发症。为获得优良效果，作者强调在处理椎间盘突出的同时必须彻底解除侧隐窝及神经根管，黄韧带肥厚对神经根的压迫，才能彻底根除症状

Surgical Treatment of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Combined with Stenosis of Lumbar Intervertebral Canal

This paper presents 236 cases of surgical treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, in which 104 cases (44%) are found with the combination of retrogressive stenosis of lumbar intervertebral canal.The two symptoms share common predisposing factors, so their diagnosis and treatment are discussed together in this report.A postsurgical follow up survey was made for 90 cases in a period of time ranging from 6 months to 6 years.The result showed that the rate of good conditions was 80 5% and no instability and olisthy of lumbar vertebrae were found.In order to achieve a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, the author emphasizes that the pressure of lateral crypts and hypertrophy of ligamentum flavum on nerve roots must be released completely.Only in this way can the symptoms be fully eradicated.
