| 摘 要： | 本文报告30例（30眼）小梁切除术后1月内角膜屈光状态的变化。结果发现1月内行小梁切除术患眼角膜循规性散光明显上光。术后一周时角膜散光度为2．59D，此后逐渐下降，术后4周时为1．06D。本文还就小梁切除术后角膜散光改变的机制进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Thirty cases (30 eyes) of the changes of corneal astigmatism following trabeculectomy were reported.With the rule astigmatism increases greatly in the early stage after trabeculectomy.It was 2.59 D at the 1 st postoperative week,and decreased slowly to 1.06 D the 4th postoperative week.Trabeculectomy may cause certain with the rule corneal astigmatism.The corneal astigmatism in most of the cases may decrease as time passes by.The mechanism of the changes of corneal astigmatism following trabeculectomy was discussed. |
