| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨骨巨细胞瘤ｂｃｌ－２，ＭＤＭ２及ｎｍ２３基因表达与其生物学特为间的关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法对９８例存档骨巨细胞瘤标本进行了检测。结果：ｂｃｌ－２，ＭＤＭ２及ｎｍ２３基因在骨巨细胞瘤中均有表达，阳性率分别为５６．１％，６３．２％及５５．１％；３种基因在骨巨细胞瘤Ⅰ，Ⅱ，Ⅲ级不同组织分级中均有表达，统计学表明，ｂｃｌｏ－害Ⅰ级与Ⅱ，Ⅲ级之间有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０１），ＭＤＭ２阳性率

| Abstract: | AIM: To investigate the relationship between bcl-2, MDM2, nm23 gene expression and biological behaviors ofgiant cell tumors of bone (GCT). METHODS: Ninety-eightparaffin embedded specimens were examined by immunohis-tochemical method. RESULTS: The positive expressions ofall the three genes were observed in giant cell tumors and thepositive rates were 56. l%, 63. 2% and 55. 1N, respective-ly. The positive expressions of all the three genes were alsoobserved in giant cell tumors with different histologicalgrades. Significant difference of bcl-2 expression was ob-served in GCT of histological grade I, E and M (PO. O5).
