| 摘 要： | 右室容积和右室功能的测量是临床心脏病诊断的传统课题。本文首次提出建立超声轨迹法，体表测量右室容积及其功能。建立了相应的数学模型。因其较准确体现了右室形态，经临床验证，是一种实用的体表超声测量方法。

| Abstract: | The study firstly advances a new locus transthoracic echocardiographic method for estimating the right ventricular volume by mathematical formula calculation. The geometry of RV wall is described. This clinical practice is verified to be a useful new approach for RV volume and it performance measurements. |
