超声心动图诊断双腔右心室

本文报告我院自1985～1996年经手术证实的双腔右心室（DCRV）23例，超声心动图诊断与手术符合者21例，诊断符合率90．1％。DCRV的血液动力学改变与临床表现取决于右室腔内梗阻程度和并存室间隔缺损（VSD）的大小，症状出现的时间及程度和高压腔与低压腔间交通口的大小有关。本病可进行性加重，早期诊断、早期手术很重要。超声心动图检查有特征性改变。

Echocardiographic Diagnosis of Double Chamber Right Ventricle

Twenty-three patients with double chamber right ventricle were confirmed by surgery. Among them, 21 cases of them were diagnosed by echocardiography with correct rate 90.1% (21/23). The hemodynamics and the clinical manifestation depended on the degree of right ventricle obstruction and the size of ventricular septum defect. The degree and time of symptom appearance were related to the size and the pressure difference of the chambers.
