摘    要:为了探讨彩色多普勒对二尖瓣返流程度更为准确,快捷的评估方法,我们对30例二尖瓣关闭不全患者进行了血流会聚区大小及反流束大小判断二尖瓣返流的对比研究,结果显示,血流会聚高,宽,面积及返流束长,面积,瞬间返流容积等与频谱多普勒法测量的二尖瓣返流分数的相关性分别为0.92,0.82,0.91,0.59,0.72和0.67。上述六种参数预报重度二尖瓣返流的准确度分别为90.0%,86.7%,90.0%,7

Abstract:To seek a quick and accurate color Doppler method estimating the mitral regurgitant grade, a comparative study of flow convergence region and jet sizes on evaluation of mitral regurgitation was performed in 30 patients with mitral insufficiency. The results showed that the correlations between the flow convergence height (FCH), flow convergence width (FCW), flow convergence area (FCA), jet length, jet area, instantaneous jet volume and the mitral regurgitant fraction were 0. 92, 0. 82, 0. 91, 0. 59, 0. 72 and 0. 67 respectively. The accuracy of evaluating severe mitral regurgitation by the six parameters above mentioned were 90. 0%, 86. 7 %, 90. 0%, 73. 3%, 73. 3 % and 76. 7 % respectively. This study indicated that the FCH, FCW and FCA may be a group of simple, quick and more accurate parameters for estimating mitral regurgitant grade comparing with jet size.
