| 摘 要： | 采用经食管超声心动图（TEE）检查了过去患有室间隔缺损（VSD）的5例室间隔膜部瘤患者，其中2例仍有VSD存在，1例同时合并有感染性心内膜炎;3例VSD已自然闭合。结果表明：TEE对室间隔膜部瘤及其合并症的诊断优于TTE，室间隔膜部瘤的形成为VSD自然闭合的过程。

| Abstract: | Five patients with ventricular septal aneurysm (VSA) and ventricular septal defect (VSD) were detected by transesophageal echocardiography. One of the two VSD patients complicated infective endocarditis, the other three have their VSD closed automatically. We indicate TEE is a good method to detect VSA. VSA formation might be resulted from the VSD natural closure process. |
