| 摘 要： | 胎儿鞘膜积液并非少见，B超诊断有特异性。本文报告在妊娠晚期B型超声检查发现胎儿鞘膜积液16例（15例为双侧性）及其影像特征。产后得以证实，并多数为交通性。

| Abstract: | Fetal hydroceles are not scarcely seen. B-ultrasonic diagnosis is exceptionally helpful. This paper reports 16 cases that happened in late pregnancy(15 cases with bilateral hydreceles). The ultrasonographic characteristics were presented. The diagnoses were proved by postnatal babies. Most of the hydroceles are communicating. |
